You can call 888.517.4187 or visit http://www.HairRemovalForum.com. They have a number of providers in the Washington DC area and only show those who have had positive results in the comprehensive review of existing customers. I myself went to one of the centers of the CC they have listed and they were good.
It is a place on Rockville Pike in the same shopping center in Houston. Check the Yellow Pages.
