from the first day of the oscillation was outstanding, very broken now. No help from Internatioal. Any body know a solution?

Torry has some good advice .... I would also add to the tires. Bias Tires Sometines keep a flat surface, even if they sit for a while. Balak tires too.
I agree with the balance of the drive shaft first.
Check motor bearings.
How dirveshaft straight and balance (s)? Spiders universal tree (s)?
